iTime Clock Punch Audit Trail

DataStore object: 0ITC_DS02

This DataStore object (DSO) contains the audit trail results from iTime Clock. The audit trail makes it possible to track the changes in the punch data using this DSO (old punch versus changed punch). The DSO is filled from iTime Clock table SAPITC_EDIT_AUDIT and the corresponding DataSource 0WFM_ITC_EDIT_AUDIT. If a punch is changed on the user interface, the iTime Clock application creates a new entry in this table without updating the old entry, meaning that the two entries are not directly linked. For reporting purposes, the new entry already contains all relevant information.

Besides the new information, like new punch type and new time, the record also contain the old values. In this DSO, both records are stored without any filtering. To have more flexibility in the reporting, the time characteristics Day and Week are part of the DSO and are filled from Time Event Date Old.
