Use

This key figure specifies the minimum of the mean measured values that are reached in the selected time period of a report.

In the case of a report, the resolution of the measured values is first defined. The respective measured values exist in this resolution as a quotient of the total of he measured values and the number of measured values. The minimum is determined from these values.
