Used to manually enter a lot size that differs from the imported costing sheet. You can use the manual lot size to perform simulations in which you check the effect of different lot sizes on the costing result. You can control which value the system accesses when executing the cost estimate (imported or manual lot size). You do this in the application using appropriate priority rules or by defining formulas that the system processes during the cost estimate.
