The position values are subdivided into a series of independent, original position components.

The market value is the actual market value for the evaluation key date. The market value is used as the basis for calculating write-ups and write-downs for key date evaluations for securities.

To calculate the market value, the system retrieves market prices according to the settings in the position management procedure.

Note

The market value is only filled for the securities area.
