Channel Manager Locate this document in the navigation structure

Role Role: SAP_BW_IST_CHANNEL_MANAGER

 

To activate this role correctly for telco channel managers, you should ensure that you do the following:

  1. Go to transaction PFCG

  2. Enter or select using the input help the role name SAP_BW_IST_CHANNEL_MANAGER.

  3. Choose DisplayAuthorizations

  4. Choose Create Profile.

  5. Choose Change Authorization Data.

  6. Choose EditInsert AuthorizationFrom Profile...

    .

  7. You assign the authorization profile that is already assigned to the role BW_BPS_EDIT.

Note Note

You should restrict the PM_NAME authorizations for the Planning Folder area to authorization 4TESPCMF for channel managers.
