Administration (Common Tools) 
The Administration item in the Common Tools navigation area gives access to the applications associated with the administration of the Root Cause Analysis work center features. To access the available administration applications, click the corresponding pushbutton in the Common Tools navigation area.
Users of the external Root Cause Analysis tools have to be manually created as described in the Root Cause Analysis — User Administration Guide.
You have clicked Common Tools in the navigation area of the Root Cause Analysis work center.
The following Administration tools and applications are available:
Agent Administration: The pushbutton launches an application to manage ABAP and Java system agents. This administration interface enables you to select, add, delete and edit systems for which the agents are configured.

Diagnostics Setup: The pushbutton launches a entry panel for the setup of settings in a diagnostice context.

Extractor Framework: The pushbutton launches a panel, where you can manage the extractor framework resources for the managing and the managed systems, perform real-time monitoring of the extractors, and view the performance history of the extractor framework.
Smsy Wizard: The pushbutton launches a panel that shows an overview list with all technical systems, grouped by system type. You can perform system landscape changes, create new systems, or search the list items. A click on a technical system opens an additional tabbed panel with information on the Header Data, Instances, Software Components, and Databases of the selected technical system.
The Smsy Wizard technical system detail panel is the Web-Dynpro version of the function module SMSY_EDIT_SUBSYS.

Store Administration: The pushbutton launches a panel that allows basic store maintenance such as Store and StoreGroup listing and deletion as well as Store-related status checks. The Store Administration panel is the Web-Dynpro version of the function module DIAGST_ADMIN.

Conflict Wizard: The Conflict Wizard panel is the Web-Dynpro version of the function module smsy_system_compare.
You can start different administration applications and view their results. To start an application, click its name in the Administration navigation area. To close the application, click the index of the application tab, and confirm the dialog box.
