This object type provides a notification of absence as an example of a business application object. An object of this type is identified with its number as key field.

Integration

This object type is used in many SAP tasks. It is also used in the demo workflows and the tutorial.

Features

The attributes, methods, and events defined are taken from the object type definition in the Business Object Repository. Note the following in particular:

  • The object method Approve, which is defined as a method with a result.

  • The attributes Creator and Approver, which are defined as database field attributes with data type references to the object type USR01.
