You can display information on graphics and change some attributes, and you can test graphics in their original size in a preview.

Procedure

Graphic Information

  1. Choose transaction SE78. The dialog window Administering Form Graphics appears.

  2. In the tree, double-click the folder Start of the navigation path Store on Document Server Next navigation step Graphics Next navigation step BMAP Bitmap Image End of the navigation path.

  3. Enter the name of the graphic.

  4. Choose Start of the navigation path Graphic Next navigation step Screen Information End of the navigation path. The system displays the technical attributes and the administrative data of the graphic.

  5. If you want to change the attributes Resident in Printer Memory and Automatically Reserve Height, choose Change Attributes. Then save your changes.

Preview

  1. Choose transaction SE78. The dialog window Administering Form Graphics appears.

  2. In the tree, double-click the folder Start of the navigation path Store on Document Server Next navigation step Graphics Next navigation step BMAP Bitmap Image End of the navigation path.

  3. Enter the name of the graphic.

  4. Choose Start of the navigation path Graphic Next navigation step Preview End of the navigation path. The system displays the graphic in its original size.
