When incoming mails are distributed, they are forwarded to those users who have maintained the corresponding address in their communication data.

For security reasons, users cannot maintain the entries for the Internet Email (INT and SMTP) and remote mail (RML) communication types when they maintain their own data. This data can only be changed in transaction SU01 by users with administrator rights.
