Use

You create and configure a WebDAV transport so that data can be retrieved from the Microsoft Exchange server.

Prerequisites

      The Outlook Web Access should be enabled on the Exchange server.

      The custom form provided by SAP is published in the Exchange server

Procedure

...

       1.      To configure an WebDAV transport, choose System Administration System Configuration Collaboration Groupware Transports DAVXchg Transport.

       2.      Create a new instance of the transport by choosing New.

       3.      Update the instance created with appropriate values as described in the table below.

Instance name of the transport. It is automatically filled when a new instance is created.

You cannot edit this attribute.

System alias

Create a system named DAVXchg in the system configuration. For more information, see Creating a System..

Exchange server

Fully qualified name of the Exchange server.

myexchange.sap.corp

Port

The OWA Port of the Exchange server.

Protocol

Protocol for connecting to the OWA of the Exchange server. The default protocol is HTTP.

HTTP for use without SSL, HTTPS for use with SSL.

Virtual directory

Virtual directory path of the default Calendar folder. The default Calendar folder is /Calendar.

CustomForm name

The Published name of the CustomForm. The default value is IPM.Appointment. The default value should be changed to Published name for Collaboration Room to work. See Publishing the Custom Form provided by SAP.

Authentication

The Single Sign-On can be used if SSO22KerbMap ISAPI filter is configured over Outlook Web Access in the Exchange server, or form-based authentication FBA) can be used if FBA is enabled in OWA. If FBA is enabled then Form-Based Authentication URI should also be mentioned in the transport configuration.

The default value is Basic authentication.

 

The Form-Based Authentication URI is required only if FBA is enabled. The default value is /exchweb/bin/auth/owaauth.dll.

If you have a Multiple Exchange server landscape, create a WebDAV Transport for each Exchange server.
