A title describes a product or a group of products in media companies (such as publishers, the entertainment industry, or marketing agencies).
The title is available in various systems (R/3, CRM) as a cross-sector object and must be aligned between the systems involved for integration purposes. The title is not available in the respective systems as an independent title object. It is represented here by technical carrying objects. A distinction should therefore be made between the title as a business object and the technical objects that are used as carrying objects for the Title business object.
CRM (IPM): Representation of the title object (business object) using the Intellectual Property (IP) technical object, which is displayed using the IP GUID and the IP ID.
R/3: Representation of the title object (business object) using the Material technical object, which is displayed using the material number.
Other objects that can be used as carrying objects for title information:
Media Title (IP) (0IPM_TITLE)
Media Title (IP) from Level 1 (0IPM_TITLE1)
Media Title (IP) from Level 2 (0IPM_TITLE2)
Media Title (IP) from Level 3 (0IPM_TITLE3)
Media Title (ID) (0IPM_TTL_ID)
Media Title (ID) from Level 1 (0ME_TTLID01)
