Process documentation Canceling a Flight Trip  Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Purpose

In this scenario, a flight customer cancels a flight trip in the Web application of a travel agency. To do this, the customer has to first log on to the Web application (scenario Administration of Customer Data). If the customer does not know the number of the flight trip, the customer can look for the flight trip (scenario Looking For a Flight Trip).

Process Flow

  1. Log on to the Web application (function: Check Web Password).
  2. (Optional)
    Look for the flight trip (function
    Get Flight Trip List)
  3. Cancel flight trip (function: Cancel Flight Trip)

Result

The flight trip is canceled at the travel agency. Additionally, all flight bookings that were made when the flight trip was created are canceled with the airlines.

Note

When a flight trip is canceled, you can assume that it the flight customer is registered and has Internet access.
