Telephone Sales Sales Activity/Order

Technical name: 0BVTSDS02

Use

ODS object Telephone Sales Sales activity/Order contains the order data records that result from the telephone sales activities. You also use this ODS object for delta management during updates.

If the system updates ODS object 0BVTSDS01 (document of sales activities) in InfoCube 0BVTS_C01 (SAP Beverage Telephone Sales Overview), the system reads and analyzes the resulting orders for the corresponding ODS object for each sales activity (field: 0BVTSSADOC SD Doc Number of Sales Activities). During the process, the system calculates the number of phone calls and the number of sales activities that resulted in orders.

Note

You can use ODS objects to link information in your own InfoCubes with information from other ODS objects during updates.

Note

The system currently identifies cancelled orders as successful activities.
