Quotation Controlling: Plan/Actual Comparison (Review)

Use

You can use this query to compare quotation plan figures (in particular planned contribution margins) and actual (billed) values for commercial and industrial customers. It compares the data from the InfoCube for quotation planning (0UCCRMC07 based on 0UCCRMC05) with the (actual) sales (0UCCRMC01) and cost statistics (0UCCRMC03).

Note: When InfoCube 0UCCRMC07 is filled with data from 0UCCRMC05, the contract key is supplemented.

Filters

When you call the query, only certain data records are selected from the data basis.

0UCCRMCONTR__0BP_EMPLO	In addition or as an alternative, you can apply a restriction for the contracts of a specific employee responsible (variable).
0UCCRMCONTR	Data records without a CRM contract number (utility contract (CRM)) are not displayed (only data records with 0UCCRMCONTR <> „#“ are taken into account).

Note: The selections/filters with a gray background do not require any user input (no variables) and are independent from the selection made by the user.

Variables Used

When calling the query, the user has a number of input options:

0P_BPRCT	If required, you can restrict the quotation plan data and actual data that you want to compare to the contracts of a specific employee responsible (optional). This takes place by means of the filter for characteristic 0BP_RESPPER, which is described above.
0P_BPECT	In addition or as an alternative, you can apply a restriction for the contracts of a specific employee responsible (variable). The selection takes place by means of the filter defined for characteristic 0BP_EMPL.

Formula: Contribution margin 1	The contribution margin 1 corresponds to the business definition for the energy industry, namely: Revenue (= total amount) – grid usage costs.

Formula: Contribution margin 2	The contribution margin 2 is determined from contribution margin 1 less the energy procurement costs.
0UCBILLCOST	Billing costs

Formula: Contribution margin 3	The contribution margin 3 is determined from the difference between contribution margin 2 and the billing and processing costs.
0SALES_CS	Sales costs
Formula: Contribution margin 4	The contribution margin 4 is determined from the difference between contribution margin 3 and the sales costs.

Columns

The quotation plan values and actual billing values are placed in comparison in the columns – for each calendar month entered previously. The absolute deviation and the relative deviation are determined from the quotation plan data and actual billing data for each calendar month.

You use structure 0UCC_MC01_QT_KYF3 to differentiate between plan data and actual data and to calculate the absolute and relative deviation between them.

Difference	The absolute deviation between plan and actual values (plan – actual) for the key figures in the rows.
% Variance	The relative deviation between plan and actual values ((plan – actual)/plan*100) for the key figures in the rows.
