Definition
Time period or point in time to which a user has assigned a specific activity or a specific event.
Use
Appointments are assigned to a specific time period in the appointment calendar. This time period is then blocked for the activity specified. You can assign more than one appointment to a time period.
The appointment calendar provides additional utilities to facilitate the creation of special appointments:
Structure
An appointment consists of data, such as start and end time of the appointment, title, description, priority,
visibility and appointment type.
