This query enables you to display the departure and return flights for each airline. The data is based on the flight bookings made with the R/3 component Travel Planning via the connected reservation system. Evaluating flights by provider allows you to answer the following questions:

• What volume of business did an enterprise generate on which routes with which airlines?

• Can special enterprise-specific rates be negotiated based on this information?

The query displays the number of booked departure and return flights per airline, as well as the base price per ticket, the base price for all tickets booked for this route and the total price of all tickets. An additional drilldown according to the basis code rate allows you, for example, to exclude information according to the booked prices per departure and/ or return flight.

If the departure and return flight were not booked with the same (unique) airline, then these flights are displayed under the provider Not assigned or '#'. If a large number of flights are listed under this provider, this can be an indicator that more specific recommendations for using the same airline for departure and return flights should be included in the company's travel policy.

You can also restrict reporting to a specific time frame:

• Display by quarter
• Display by calendar year

If you select a filter value, only the data for the quarter or calendar year entered is displayed. To view the values of several quarters or years next to one another for comparison, use the appropriate time characteristic to expand the evaluation.

The Basis price per ticket is calculated by dividing the Basis price of ticket by the Number of returns
