Describes how to create an Apache Cordova application using the Kapsel plugins on Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1. Cordova 3.5.0 does not support Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1 applications without some modification. These procedures allow you to create Cordova applications for these platforms that utilize the Kapsel plugins.
