Bulletin board is a framework in which you implement an information flow that is independent of transactions or master data.
As an administrator or processor, you can post notes concerning, for example, business partners or the installed base, and they are inherited and displayed in all the master data and transaction types that are related to these objects.
The CRM_ITSM_BULLETINS
switch is activated.
