IT Service Management contains several apps which give an overview of message processing and change transactions. The apps show individual aspects, such as the number of open transactions, or the average processing time.
You can configure the values that the apps display.

The number of transactions which exceeded the maximum processing time.
The number of transactions which exceeded the initial reaction time.
The average processing time of the completed transactions, in hours.
