In the Technical Administration work center, choose Notification Management.

To maintain recipients in the global recipient pool, choose Global Recipient Pool.

To view the global recipient pool, select a location.

To manage recipients, select the tab page of the recipients.

For example, to maintain managed system users, choose the Managed System Users <total number or users> tab page.

To add recipients to the global recipient pool, choose Add Recipients.

You can only add ABAP managed system users to the global recipient pool.

In the Add <type of users from a system> window, add the users.
