Procedure documentationDefining the Recipient of a Service Session Report

For each monitored system, you can specify the recipients of the service session report. This need not be the account contact. For example, you can designate a representative and other interested parties. You define recipients and recipients lists in the Central Notification Management.

If you do not define a recipient, you do not get the service report by e-mail. You can download the service report from SAP Solution Manager. For more information, see Downloading the Service Session Report.

Prerequisites

The e-mail function is active in SAP Solution Manager. For more information, see Activating the E-Mail Function in SAP Solution Manager.
