As an IT service manager or end user, you can display a service outage which the administrator responsible for the managed object has created manually, or changed.
You have access to SAP Solution Manager.
You have authorization to display a service outage created or maintained by the system administrator responsible.
In the Technical Administration work center, choose the Service Availability Management
scenario.
Select the managed object for which the data is to be adjusted, and choose the Display Service Outages
pushbutton.
The managed objects whose service outages have been maintained, are displayed.
Select the managed object.
