A library definition is a collection of custom code objects, attributes, and relationships between objects and attributes to gain transparency of all your custom objects in your systems. Some objects can also be attributes of another object in the form of a reference.
Objects
The object tab page displays a collection of objects and object attributes. Objects created in the connected systems are collected by the data collectors in the active library definition.
Note
The object collection is predefined and cannot be changed but you can define additional objects. The Maintainable
checkbox indicates which objects you can create, change, and delete in the Objects
view.
Systems
Collects data about systems from which custom code objects are collected.
Contracts
You can define contracts for custom code developments which can be assigned to custom code objects.
Owners
You can create responsible persons or a business department as owner that can be assigned to custom code objects.
A library definition is configured and set as the active library during the technical implementation.
To add a new attribute for a custom code object, proceed as follows:
In the Objects
tab, click the Edit
pushbutton.
Click Create Attribute
.
In the dialog box, if necessary, enter relevant values and confirm your selection.
The system displays an Edit

To add a new system attribute, proceed as follows:
In the Systems tab, click the Edit

Click Create Attribute
.
In the dialog box, if necessary, enter relevant values and confirm your selection.
The system displays an Edit

An owner represents the person responsible for an object, for example, a developer responsible for a particular application. A contract represents an existing contract, for example, a maintenance contract. You assign owners and contracts to custom objects.
In the Library Definition
