Procedure

  1. Go to the Task Lists tab page.

  2. Select the relevant change cycle tab page.

    The system displays a list of all task lists.

  3. Select the task list for which you want to change the status.

  4. If the task list is active, choose Lock Task List. If the task list is locked, choose Activate Task List.

    For example, if you decide that no tasks are to be executed for a certain period of time, you can lock the task list. You can only continue to execute tasks for this cycle once you have activated the task list again.

    If the end of a particular cycle has been reached, you set the status of the cycle to Completed in the WebClient UI. This ensures that no more tasks can be executed and no more changes can be made to this task list. Once a task list has been completed, it can no longer be locked or activated.

  5. You can display additional information about a task list by selecting it and choosing the Landscape View tab page.
