Prerequisites

  • The SAP Test Coordinator Role is assigned to your user.

  • The BI data extraction for Test Management is set up.

  • To include test plans in the dashboard, you have specified the planned start and end date and released for the test plans for testing.

  • You have called the Dashboard for Test Management.

Procedure

To configure the App for Test Plan Progress, do the following:

  1. Choose Configure.

  2. Choose Edit.

  3. You have the following options to specify the test plans you want to monitor:

    • My Test Plans: Test plans you are responsible for as the test coordinator

    • Favorite Test Plan: Test plans you have marked as your favorite test plans (transaction STWB_2). For more information, see Test Evaluation.

    • Project: All test plans assigned to the SAP Solution Manager project you specify.

    • Solution: All test plans assigned to the solution you specify.

  4. Save your entries.

Result

The dashboard adjusts automatically to exclude/include the data of the test plans according to their release status.
