Support for exception management of SAP-based hybrid scenarios

A new setup application (transaction s2c_setup) allows you to create technical systems in SAP Solution Manager to represent the following cloud services:

  • Dell Boomi

  • SAP Cloud for Customer

  • SAP HANA Cloud Integration

  • SuccessFactors Employee Central

  • SuccessFactors Learning

Depending on the type of cloud service, you declare access end points such as Web destinations for SOAP, REST, and OData APIS, e-mail destinations, and remote file server definitions.

These technical systems can then be configured and monitored in exception management.

Setting up Exception Management for Cloud Services
