Procedure documentationAssign an Issue to a Service Session


If you have identified necessary subsequent activities when performing a self-service, and have created issues for them, you can put these issues in your project management. Assign the issue to the service session.


  • You have created a self-service.

  • You have created an issue.


  1. Select an engagement cycle.

  2. Go to the Service tab.

    The services which you created are displayed.

  3. Select the service.

  4. Under Service Details, choose the Assigned Issues tab.

  5. Choose Assign.

    A dialog box appears.

  6. Select the issue you want to assign.

  7. Choose Copy.
