The Changes
tab displays information on all the software changes to be made for a project.
Note
You can personalize the columns to be displayed, only displaying the ones that you need. When your cursor is positioned on a column header, you choose
The Changes
tab contains the following columns:
Column | Meaning |

| The ID of the change involved |
| The description of the change |
| One of the following statuses is displayed for each change:
For urgent changes, the status |
| The type of change involved, for example, a QGM change, a QGM urgent change, or a change request management change |
| The owner of the change |
| The number of transport requests within a change |
| The ID of the project involved |
| The name of the cycle the changes belongs to |
| Task list which the change is assigned to |
Number of Lines
: You can change the number of lines to be displayed in the lower screen section, to suit the needs of smaller or larger projects.
In the Changes
tab, you can do the following:
Create and maintain details of a change, as well as reassign a change. For more information, see Creating a Change and Maintaining Changes.
Delete empty changes. To delete an empty change, position the cursor on the line of the change you want to delete and click
.Set the status of a change. For more information, see Setting the Status of a Change.
Create transport requests for changes, release transport requests, import transport requests, and decouple transport requests from changes. For more information, see Creating and Releasing a Transport Request and Decoupling a Transport Request.
Note
If you release an empty transport request, the request will be deleted automatically.
Assign transport requests from changes. For more information, see Assigning a Transport Request.
Create transports of copies. For more information, see Creating Transports of Copies.
Import transport of copies. For more information, see Importing Transports of Copies.
