Put Known Top Issues in Engagement Cycle
You can put Top Issues and Issues which you have created, in the engagement cycle
Prerequisites
You have created an engagement cycle.
You have created a top issue.
Procedure
Select an engagement cycle.
Choose the
Benefit Case
tab.The Top Issues assigned to the engagement cycle, are displayed.
Choose
Assign Top Issue
.A dialog box appears.
Select the top issue to assign.
Choose
OK
.
