Procedure documentation Checking In a New Version of a Multimedia Object  Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Prerequisites

A version of the multimedia object has already been checked in.

Procedure

To check in a new version of the multimedia object:

  1. Place the cursor on the multimedia object to be changed and choose Info Object → Change Content.
  2. Choose New Version.

The Select Source Object dialog box appears.
  1. Go to the directory containing the multimedia object.
  2. Choose the object and choose Open.

Result

The new version of the multimedia object is checked into the Knowledge Warehouse.
