In this view, you can display, edit, and create job requests. The standard queries allow you to easily view and edit the job requests that you created or that are assigned to you for processing.
From the list of job requests, you can open the linked CRM document (incident or request for change) in the WebClient UI for further processing.

In this view, you can display, edit, and create job documentation.
When you select job documentation in the list, the system displays job details below, including job steps, basic business information, and scheduling information. You can open the job documentation to view or edit complete details.

The Monitoring
view has the following subviews:
Alert Inbox
Displays job alerts generated by business process monitoring.
Unified Alert Inbox
Displays job alerts for technical monitoring objects (JobMon) generated by the Monitoring and Alerting Infrastructure (MAI).

If the technical job monitoring object (JobMon) is assigned to a solution and a business process or interface, this information will also be displayed in the Unified Alert Inbox

Job Monitoring
In this view, you can track the status of all metrics of technical job monitoring objects (JobMon), independently of the alert creation. For this purpose, for each active technical monitoring object (JobMon), it provides a list with the metric data for previous data collector runs.

In this view, you can manage jobs scheduled with an external job scheduler via the SMSE (Solution Manager Scheduling Enabler) interface.
The External Scheduler Management
view has the following subviews:
Job Monitor
Display a list of jobs scheduled with an external scheduler. You can define queries and apply externally defined filters to select data.
Access functions for analyzing, monitoring, and scheduling selected jobs.
Create new job definitions and new job and job chain documentation and request new jobs or job changes.
Import jobs, with their scheduling parameters, into job documentation.
Operator Messages
Display operator messages from your external scheduler.

The SAP Scheduler Management
view has the following subviews:
Job Monitor
Display jobs scheduled with the SAP Scheduler.

Queries are limited to jobs owned by you.

Job alerts with trend analyses
The report provides a Business Process Monitoring alert trend analysis that is restricted to job alerts. For more information, see Reports: Business Processes Operations
Monitoring BW process chains
This report gives you an overview of the job scheduling in the managed systems, for example, by user, job status, and runtime. You can display the analysis results by day, week or month. For more information, see Monitoring Process Chains.
Note
To get the results of these analyses, certain SAP Solution Manager Customizing settings are required. For more information, see Job Scheduling Management Health Check Reports. For more information about how to perform business process analyses, see Creating an Analysis Variant As a Configuration User.
In this view, the administrator can perform various administrative tasks.

This tool shows jobs that have run or will run within a defined period. The graph reflects the start time, status, duration, and target system work process of jobs. It highlights high system workload, so you can get a quick overview of system status.
