Background documentationTechnical informationen about interactive reports for databases

Thies section contains technical information about the interactive reports for databases. It contains the objects upon which it is technically based, for each report . These are:

  • The web template used in the report

  • The queries which get the data whilch is displayed in the web template

  • The info provider which contains the data to be displayed

You do not normally need this information, but situations can arise in which this more detailed technical information is useful to you. When problems such as inadequate performance, insufficient memory, or error messages, you often only know the names of the technical objects in which the problems occurred. The following tables, for example, identify which reports are affected.

Note Note

Consider also the Monitoring Data Flow and the Statistics Data Flow.

Note Note

One of two possible WebTemplates is displayed for WebTemplates whose names contain the string $GRTI$ in the table above, depending on the time period selected in the report:

  • If daily data is to be displayed for the period, $GRTI$ is replaced by DAY.

  • If hourly data is to be displayed for the period, $GRTI$ is replaced by HOUR.

End of the note.
