You use this procedure to publish the changes of business entities, which you have modified in BPB tool, to SAP Solution Manager.

In BPB documentation, business entity is used to represent the following: Business Scenario, Business Process, and Process Step.

Procedure

Publishing a Business Entity

  1. In the Business Blueprint perspective, open a business entity in its editor.

  2. Choose Start of the navigation path File Next navigation step Publish End of the navigation path.

  3. In Confirm Publish dialog, verify the list of entities associated with the entity you want to publish.

  4. Choose OK.

Publishing Multiple Business Entities

  1. In the Business Blueprint perspective, open multiple business entities.

  2. Choose Start of the navigation path File Next navigation step Publish All End of the navigation path.

  3. In Confirm Publish dialog, verify the list of entities that you want to publish.

  4. Choose OK.

Result

Once you publish the changes from BPB, you can generate the enhanced business blueprint in SAP Solution Manager. You can then hand over the business blueprint to the decision-makers, to define the scope and budget of their implementation project.
