You can document the results of the service session.


  • You have Microsoft Word 2007 or higher on your computer.

  • The service session is completed.


To access the service session report, you have the following options:

  • To display an HTML version, see the e-mail which is sent to the person you have defined as the recipient. For more information, see Defining the Recipient of the Service Report.

  • Download the document:

    1. To access the report, you have the following options:

      • SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP05 or higher:

        • In the Engagement and Service Delivery work center, under Services, choose the service session, and download the report on the Attachments tab page.

        • To download the service session report from the SAP Service Marketplace, go to Start of the navigation path published on SAP site Next navigation step Knowledge Base & Incidents Next navigation step Access My Inbox End of the navigation path.

      • SAP Solution Manager 7.0 SP27 or higher and SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP02 – SP04: To generate the service session report, in the Engagement and Service Delivery work center, open the service session and choose Word document.

    2. To ensure the table of contents in a Microsoft Word document is displayed correctly, choose the Enable Editing pushbutton when opening the document.
