  Problem Messages

Use

You can run a report about problem messages created, and monitor their status. You can, for example, cover the following use scenarios:

  • Analysis of all problem messages with the status Open

  • Analysis of problem messages created by a specified user, e.g. yourself

  • Check the processing status of all messages with priority Very High

Integration

The data which you created in the configuration phase in the Problem Messages tab, is analyzed.

  • You can go directly to the problem message processing by double-clicking on a row in the results list (not a structure element).
