If a suggested solution solves your problem, you can confirm the support message and thus finalize the process.

Note Note

Once a support message has been confirmed, it cannot be processed further. Only confirm the support message, if you have tested the suggested solution sufficiently.

Prerequisites

In the overview of the messages created by you, a message appears with the status Suggested Solution.

Activities

  1. In the Messages view, choose the support message.

  2. In the message details, choose Confirm.

    You go to the Confirm dialog box.

  3. To confirm the support message, choose Yes.

    The message receives the user status Closed and cannot be processed further.
