  • Plan a weekly recurring IT event based on single or multiple recurrence patterns.

Automatic update of product system information and diagnostics-relevance indicator after update and upgrade

When a technical system is updated or upgraded, the new information about installed products is automatically updated in the product system description as well. (Until SP08, it was only updated in the technical system information.)

In the editor for product systems, the Visualization step gives a graphical overview of the related product systems and the assigned technical systems.

Logical components are no longer maintained in transaction SMSY, but in the SAP Solution Manager Administration work center under   Landscape   Logical Components  .

You can migrate logical components that you created in SMSY in previous releases to the new storage.

Transaction SMSY only provides a display function.
