Procedure documentationDefining the Recipient of an HTML Service Session Report Locate this document in the navigation structure

 

For each service session, you can enter the e-mail address of a person who is to receive the final HTML version of the service session report. This need not be the account contact. For example, you can designate a representative.

If you do not define a recipient, you do not get the HTML version of the service session report. You can download a Microsoft Word version. For more information, see Downloading the Service Session Report.

Prerequisites

The e-mail function is activated in SAP Solution Manager. For more information, see Activating the E-Mail Function in SAP Solution Manager.

Procedure

SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP 02 or higher
  1. In the System Monitoring work center, choose the Setup scenario.

  2. Under System Monitoring, choose Configure Automatic Reports Mailing.

  3. Select the solution for which the service is to be delivered.

    A dialog box appears.

  4. Choose the Create E-Mail Recipient pushbutton and enter data as required.

SAP Solution Manager 7.0 SP 27 or higher
  1. Call transaction DSWP.

  2. Choose   Edit   Automatic E-Mail Transmission  

    A dialog box appears.

  3. Choose the Create E-Mail Recipient pushbutton and enter data as required.
