Having started an import, you have discovered that errors occurred. You now want to see more detailed information about the import. The TMS Import History provides an overview of all the requests imported into a particular system for a specific time interval, including their maximum return codes.

Prerequisites

  • A task list exists whose status is Active.

  • You have been assigned the SAP_CM_DEVELOPER_COMP role in the SAP Solution Manager system.

Procedure

To display the imports that were performed in the Transport Management System and their return codes, proceed as follows:

  1. Call transaction /TMWFLOW/MAINTINST.

  2. On the relevant tab page for your project, select Display/Change Existing Tasks for <Projects>.

The system displays a list of the task lists whose status is Active (default setting). To select or activate task lists with other statuses, see Changing the Status of Task Lists.

  3. Click the task list whose imports and their return codes you want to display.

  4. Under the task node of the system for which you want to view import information, select Display TMS Import History, and then start the action by choosing Execute.

    Note Note

Displaying the TMS Import History is also a header method. This means that this task can also be called in the header area of a task list. On the screen that appears, you then have to enter the system where you want to view the imports and their return codes.

The system displays the TMS Import History.

    End of the note.
  5. Choose Back.

The task list is displayed again.

  6. Check the status of your task. If you need more information about the task, check the application log in the Daily overview of the task list.

Result

The TMS Import History displays an overview of all the requests imported into a particular system for a specific time interval, including their maximum return codes.
