Problem Messages 

Use

You can run a report about problem messages created, and monitor their status. You can, for example, cover the following use scenarios:

●      Analysis of all problem messages with the status Open

●      Analysis of problem messages created by a specified user, e.g. yourself

●      Check the processing status of all messages with priority Very High

Integration

The data which you created in the configuration phase in the Problem Messages tab, is analyzed.

Output

Project structure with existing selection criteria values

●        You can go directly to the problem message processing by double-clicking on a row in the results list (not a structure element).

●        You can go directly to the Problem Message tab of a structure element in the configuration phase project structure, by double-clicking on the structure element.
