You can choose task list views to specify how the task group list is displayed in your Central System Administration session.
You can use the standard views delivered by SAP or create your own views. For more information about how to create your own views, see Defining Task Views.
If you want to use your own views, you have defined them in the Task View Master.
In the navigation area, select Choose Administration and Monitoring Work Area.
On the Views for Administration and Monitoring Work Area tab, choose the views to determine how the system displays the task structure and the list of task groups and their tasks.

To customize the tasks displayed, you have the following options:
On the Select Roles/Responsibles/Processors tab, you can restrict the tasks displayed to a dedicated role, responsible person, or processor. For more information, see Assigning Roles.
You can choose My Tasks to display only the tasks assigned to you, either directly, as the responsible person, or indirectly, via a role.
You can choose Tasks for processing by me to display only the tasks for which you are the processor.
If you want to disable the My Tasks or Tasks for processing by me functions, choose Standard Task View.
