You can filter this list based on the evaluations. This means that you can specify that all business process steps are displayed, or only steps with red, yellow or green evaluations.
If you choose the name of a business process, you go to the Business Process view.

In the graphic, alerts are represented by small red or yellow squares, or by a green checkmark. When you choose one of these symbols, you go to the Alert Inbox.
Note
In the graphic, the highest alert that has appeared for this step is displayed as the overall status of the process step.
If you choose the name of a business process in the graphical overview, you go to the graphical overview of the Business Processes view, which shows the business process steps.
Service Desk Messages for Existing Alerts tab
On this tab you can see whether there are Service Desk messages for alerts that were created in the business process monitoring session. Here you will also find detailed information on these messages, such as priority, component, and status. If you choose the ID or description of a message, you go to the message and can edit it.
