You specify the Business Process and Interface Monitoringbusiness processes that you want to analyze.
You have created business processes in your solution landscape, copied them from a project, and monitor them in Business Process Monitoring.
If you have configured the Business Process Monitoring, the system sets a flag in the BP Mon Configured column.
If you have activated the Business Process Monitoring for the business process, the system sets a flag in the BP Mon Activated column.
1. Select the SL Reporting Based on BP Monitoring check.
2. Choose production business processes from your solution landscape which you want to put in the Service Level Report.
3. Set the analysis manually to Done.
4. Save your entries with Save + Next w/o Check.
You go to subnodes of the processes. Select the check for the process.
You can specify which monitoring functions and which summation steps of your business processes you want to put in the Service Level Report.
5. Save your entries.
