  1. To analyze the problem related to availability or self-test, click the Navigate to Component Monitor traffic light.

    You go to the Component Monitor.

  2. In the Component Overview screen area, select the component in error status.

  3. To confirm the status of the component, do one of the following:

    • If the availability is in error status, choose   Manage   Trigger Ping  .

    • If the self-test is in error status, choose   Manage   Trigger Self-Test  .

    The status is displayed on the Manage Result tab page.

  4. On the Self-Test Result tab page, click the description of the self-test in error status (red traffic light).

    The root cause of the problem is described, with error status.

  5. Perform one of the following:



    If the status did not change and you want to analyze the problem

    Choose   Navigate   <local monitor>  .

    If you want to request support

    Create an incident ticket.

    If you want to notify the status of component to a user

    Send a notification.

    If you want to save the monitored data locally for further analysis

    Choose   Export   Export to Microsoft Excel  .
