Procedure

  1. View the sender receiver details for the messages in different statuses.

  2. To correct the status, perform one of the following:

    • If you want to restart the message in scheduled or error status, choose   Manage   Restart messages in <scheduled or error> status  .

    • If you want to cancel the message in scheduled or error status, choose   Manage   Cancel messages in <scheduled or error> status  .

  3. Perform one of the following:

    Purpose

    Task

    If the status did not change and you want to analyze the problem

    Choose   Navigate to   <local monitor>  .

    If you want to request support

    Create an incident ticket.

    If you want to notify the status of component to a user

    Send a notification.

    If you want to save the monitored data locally for further analysis

    Choose   Export   Export to Microsoft Excel  .
