You can activate expert mode and perform enhanced functions in it. You can perform the following functions:
Send information to the customer by E-mail
Update solution database and create knowledge articles
Show the document flow

The WebClient UI contains the expert mode functions. Only use the expert mode in the work center to perform checks. The expert mode may no longer be available in your system, depending on the configuration.
