To find the root cause of a critical or error status in a process chain, on the BI Overview – <scenario> tab page, click the Open Process Chain Monitor traffic light.
On the BW Process Chain Monitor – <scenario> tab page, analyze the performance and status of the process chain.
If the status is not green, alerts are raised for the process chain.
For more details and troubleshooting the issue, choose Expert Mode.
To further analyze the status using local monitors, do the following:
Select the process chain, which is in critical or error status.
Choose
.Analyze the status of the process chain.
To view the alerts raised for the system or process chain, go to the Alert Inbox.
To notify a user about the status of the process chain, send a notification.
To request support to change the status, create a support message.
