You can forward a support message to SAP if, for example, the following actions have not led to a solution:

  • Search in the internal solutions database (if installed)

  • Search in SAP Notes


You are in the detail screen of a support message in Service Transaction Monitor.


  1. Write Information for SAP in the Overview tab.

  2. On the Documents tab, you can attach documents to the support message.

  3. Choose Actions.

  4. Choose Send Message to SAP from the drop-down list.

  5. Save your entries.

    The system sends the support message when you save.


  • You can monitor the procedure in the SAP Attributes tab:

    • You see the SAP message number for the transaction.

    • You can monitor the status.

  • When you have sent the message to SAP, you can open your system for SAP Support from the message with   Actions   Open System for SAP  .
