You maintain general report type attributes.
1. Select the General Settings for SL Report check.
2. Enter your customer data in the Customer Address tab.
This data appears in the Service Level Report cover page.
Select a field and enter the data.
3. Specify the format of the first page in the report, in the Report Front Page Customizing tab.
4. Specify the format of the header and footer in the Report Header/Footer Customizing tab.
5. Specify when, and how often, the report is to be automatically created, in the Scheduling of SL Report tab.
You want, for example, to schedule the report every 2 months on a Tuesday. Choose the day of the week Tuesday, the period 2 and period type Monthly.

The period type Monthly is a sum of weekly SAP EarlyWatch Alerts. To get correct results for monthly Service Level Reports, you must perform weekly SAP EarlyWatch Alerts.
6. Save your entries with Save + next w/o Check.
