For all CCM objects, you can define thresholds for the yellow and red areas to be displayed. SAP delivers predefined thresholds, however, you can override these thresholds by changing the configuration of the respective app.

Procedure

To configure a CCM app, proceed as follows:

  1. Call the CCM app from the standard dashboards and go to the configuration mode.

  2. Then click Edit and overwrite the values.

  3. With the Reset button, you can reset the values to the SAP standard. The individual thresholds (SAP standard) for the five apps are as follows:

  • CCM Quantity app

    • Threshold for indicating a red light: >= 8,000 objects

    • Threshold for indicating a yellow light: between 2,000 and 8,000 objects

    • Threshold for indicating a green light: < 2,000 objects

  • CCM Quality app

    • Threshold for indicating a red light: >= 10% of low-rated objects, as compared to the overall objects

    • Threshold for indicating a yellow light: between 2% and 10% of low-rated objects, as compared to the overall objects

    • Threshold for indicating a green light: < 2% of low-rated objects, as compared to the overall objects

  • CCM Criticality app

    • Threshold for indicating a red light: >= 10% of objects with criticality level = 0, as compared to the overall objects

    • Threshold for indicating a yellow light: between 2% and 10% of objects with criticality level = 0, as compared to the overall objects

    • Threshold for indicating a green light: < 2% of objects with criticality level = 0, as compared to the overall objects

  • CCM Severity app: You can define the thresholds for custom code objects with a severity level >= 5.
